The evaluation is based on:
Summary of the story of the book or the film. 10%
What it means to be someone from that cultural background. 15%
How the identity of the main character(s) affected their lives, especially their economic and social status. 15%
How the book/film affected you personally and analysis of your interpretation of why you think it affected you in that way. 10%
How the book/film affected you from a professional standpoint and an analysis of your interpretation of why it affected you in
that way. 10%
How learning from the book/film can be incorporated into your personal journey to become more culturally competent. 10%
What implications there are (if any) for professional healthcare practice. 15%
APA format including citations, subheadings, and references with Times New Roman 12 pt font, doublespaced
Clear, organized with accuracy in grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Minimum of 57
scholarly references from the modules and outside readings. All references should be published in the last
10 years, unless cleared with instructor.
Maximum of 35
page paper not including title page or references. 15%
Notes for the writer: the scholarly references need to be peerreviewed
and relevant. I can copy and past the references from
my course modules if the writer need them. People were interviewed during the movie. I need the interviews to be
