This week, you will apply what you have learned about copyright law.
Familiarize yourself with the Napster case at https://onlinelaw.wustl.edu/blog/case-study-am-records-inc-v-napster-inc/. If necessary, conduct additional research to make sure you understand the copyright issues present in the case.
Then, in a 2–3-page paper, briefly summarize the intellectual property law issues in the Napster case and then explain how this decision has impacted contemporary culture.
Make sure that your written Assignment is:
2–3 pages in length; Double-spaced and in the 12-point font;Well-written and grammatically correct; Organized in a logical fashion that makes it easy to follow and understand; And cited properly.
